Our Director, Adrian, holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has a strong background in clinical research, including stroke rehabilitation at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Adrian has gained invaluable experience working in both private practice and aged care settings across Melbourne and Sydney.

Throughout his career, Adrian has treated a diverse range of clients, from post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management to falls prevention and neurological conditions. His approach is highly personalised, focusing on setting specific goals tailored to each individual’s needs. Adrian’s priority is to improve mobility, function, and quality of life, ensuring that clients feel empowered and supported throughout their journey to better health.
